In the following sections you will learn what you need to do in order to ensure that your home loan closes in 8 days or less!

• Get all of your personal documents requested by your Georgia Loan Officer within 48 hours
• Use one of our approved Title Companies and Appraisers
• Make sure that you schedule your appraisal within 48 hours of your appointment

Day One

• Agree on a Georgia Loan Program and sign all of your application documents
• Your Georgia Loan Officer will order Title and Appraisal

Day Two

• All of your personal documents must be given to your Georgia Loan Officer
• Appraisal should be scheduled at this time

Day Three - Day Five

• Appraisal and Title should be received by the Georgia Loan Officer
• File is ready to be submitted to an Underwriter

Day Eight

• Your new Georgia home loan is ready to close!
